Joule Ventures got its start nearly a decade ago as Janvest Capital Partners, which was launched to provide a wider base of American LPs with access to Israel’s emerging technology ecosystem. In 2018, Dafna Winocur Biran joined Co-Founders Brian Rosenzweig and Daniel Frankenstein as a General Partner and the three began to transition the fund into one of the country’s premier institutional seed investors.
